I help B2B coaches turn the methodology they deliver one client at a time into software they can sell, license, or build into what they already offer.

To one to many, without losing the method
The situation
The method is proven. Clients get results. The only way to deliver it is still you, in a room, one at a time.
Every new client costs you the same calendar time as the last one. Revenue is capped by how many calls fit in a week, and you have already found the ceiling.
You can teach it, but nobody else delivers it quite the way you do. Hiring has not solved it, and the parts that make it work are the hardest parts to hand over.
You have thought about the app, the course, the tool. What you have not had is someone who can take the thinking out of your head and build the thing.
How it works
A structured path from the way you work today to something that runs without you in the room.
We work through how you actually deliver, the decisions you make, the questions you ask, the judgment calls that separate a good outcome from an average one. Most of this has never been written down.
A custom chatbot trained on your framework, an internal engine that makes your team deliver like you, or a product your clients buy directly. We pick the shape that fits your business, then plan and budget the build.
We build, test it with real users, and refine until it holds up in front of clients. You end with something live, not a strategy deck about something you might build later.
It starts with one conversation. Before anything gets built, we find out whether your methodology is ready to be productized. Some are. Some need work first. You will know which by the end of the call.
Who this is for
About
I have spent more than thirty-five years in publishing, which is really a business about one question. Someone knows something valuable. How do you get it out of their head and into a form other people can actually use?
For most of my career the answer was a book. It is a good answer. It is also a slow, linear one, and it asks the reader to do all the work of figuring out how the ideas apply to them.
Software does not have that limitation. The same methodology, built as a tool, can ask the questions you would ask, adapt to the person in front of it, and deliver your thinking at a scale you cannot reach by showing up to every call yourself.
So that is what I build now. Same instinct, different medium. The work is still getting the method out of your head and into something that holds up without you standing next to it.

Bring me your methodology and we will work out whether there is a product in it, what shape it should take, and what it would take to build. One conversation, no pitch deck.
